Our Quality Assurance Department ensures that all operations & practices carried out are in compliance with all related regulations and food safety standards.
All our poultry products are treated and prepared according to the specific rules set out by the Islamic faith which we strictly adhere to such as cut accuracy, direction to Qiblah, a lengthy bleed time, etc.
We have since our commencement of operation on 13th May 2009 complied with all the veterinary inspection regulatory requirements of DVS including Quality Assurance Program (QAP) and HACCP System and have been awarded the “Veterinary Health Mark”.
